Minimalist design, precise execution, professional environment with natural touches
An office renovation project carried out by Amot Construction for TRANE, a global company for air conditioning and climate systems. The project, which was carried out at the Amot campus that offers offices for rent in Holon, combines a modern industrial design language with homely warmth and softness, in a way that creates a balanced, clean and pleasant work experience.
The architectural design is based on straight lines, rational space layout and attention to detail. From the moment you enter, you can feel the brand’s clear identity – a modern reception lobby with bright and impressive signage, warm wood-finished furniture and a dark work surface with a rough texture, which conveys professionalism with character. The company’s branding is harmoniously integrated into the main wall, and constitutes a visual anchor that accompanies the architectural language of the entire office.
The public spaces – meeting rooms, corridors and kitchenette – were designed to allow a smooth transition between formal work areas and informal gatherings. The meeting spaces combine transparent glass walls with partial dimming, allowing for transparency and a sense of openness on the one hand, and maintaining privacy on the other. The seating systems in the meeting rooms were designed for maximum comfort, with ergonomic chairs and wide tables with a concrete finish.
One of the dominant elements of the design is the exposed electrical ceiling, which gives the space an urban and contemporary character. Together with precise linear lighting systems and acoustic panels, a sense of height, movement and pleasant flow is achieved throughout the office.
The kitchenette and adjacent social area are designed in a combination of warm colors (reddish, natural wood, and matte black), and convey a sense of homeliness. Alongside an open urban view from the windows, an environment is created that encourages stopping, conversation, and rest – even in the midst of an intense work routine.
