An office renovation project for the fintech company Trustmi, featuring a contemporary design concept that creates a dynamic, aesthetic, and inviting workspace. The architectural concept is based on a precise balance between transparency, technology, and a sense of warmth – with an emphasis on maximizing the employee experience, collaboration, and efficiency.

The office is functionally divided, with the central workspace open and spacious, with modular computer workstations and a sense of free flow. Alongside it, meeting rooms and quiet seating areas have been designed, separated by frosted glass, allowing for privacy without severing the connection between teams. The dividing walls incorporate subtle graphic motifs that are associated with the company’s branding.

The interior design is based on exposed industrial lines combined with warm colors, modern furniture and round light fixtures that soften the strong lines of the open ceiling. The choice of floating light fixtures creates visual interest and ensures visual comfort in all work areas.

The kitchen and refreshment area stands out for its warm and homely design – with deep red cabinets, a central work surface that encourages social gatherings, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Alongside it, a games and recreation area with a ping-pong table, informal seating areas, and a shared dining space – all of which serve the company’s culture and create a daily meeting place for employees.
