The design concept that led the project carried out by Amot Construction for TIPRANKS reflects a modern and dynamic design concept, combining an advanced technological work environment with a pleasant, creative and inviting atmosphere. From the planning stage, emphasis was placed on creating an open and flexible work space, one that encourages communication and collaboration between employees, alongside quieter and more intimate areas that allow for concentration, privacy and comfort throughout the workday.
The design language chosen for the office is based on a modern urban line, with exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, clean lines and dominant lighting fixtures that bring a sense of depth and movement to the space. Alongside the industrial elements, natural raw materials were incorporated, including wood in warm tones, soft textiles and green vegetation, which balance the modern look and give the space a warm and informal feel.
One of the key areas in the office is the kitchen and lounge area, designed as an active and pleasant social space to use throughout the day. The space includes a large bar, intimate dining areas and diverse meeting areas, which encourage daily interaction and informal conversation between employees. The combination of meticulous furniture, designed lighting and large windows that bring in an abundance of natural light creates a bright, open and dynamic work environment, contributing to a creative and flowing atmosphere.
Alongside functionality, artistic elements were also incorporated throughout the office that give the space a personal and unique character – from large works of art to furniture pieces with presence and home-style seating areas, which soften the architectural line and add a sense of comfort and hospitality.
